TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Value Season May 1st – December 15th
with a discount rate of $185.00 (Regular Rate $300.00)

Regular Season December 16th – April 30th
with a discount rate of $195.00 (Regular Rate $330.00)

Minimum request is 5 nights

Time permitting, we require payment in full 30 days prior to guest arrival.  A deposit is forfeited if guests give less than 30 days cancellation notice.

Maid service is essentially check-out cleaning only.  Mid-visit cleaning is provided to guests who stay nine nights or longer.  Guests can request additional maid service at a nominal fee.

State tax is the Hawaiian General Exercise Tax and Transient Accommodation Tax which totals and varies from 11.42% to 13.42% tax.

Parking Fee $12.00 per night.
